Presented twice annually at ExCeL London since 2002, The Property Investor & Homebuyer Show is today firmly established as the UK's premier event for those seeking to buy/invest in UK and International residential property. Last October’s show attracted just under 5000 visitors - making it the best attended property investment event staged in the UK during 2013. With the UK economy clearly improving, we anticipate further growth in visitor numbers in 2014.
At our event in early April we had representation from Mauritius, USA, South Africa, Philippines, Cyprus, Turkey and Spain. We also worked with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce as an expanded focus on Portugal will be popular for our UK based investors. We can help you present your services face to face to serious investors.
The typical visitor is an investor/ based within a 1.5 hour commute of central London, is aged 40+ and owns 4+ investment properties including residential and student accommodation. These extend across the UK and into a broad selection of overseas markets too. The majority of visitors attend for serious investment reasons as well as some for personal use, and we continue to attract alternative investment providers in addition to property.

A key point to add is the event is supported by the largest marketing spend deployed in support of ANY property investor event promoted in the UK. Our media schedule includes titles such as the London Evening Standard, Metro, City AM and the Times Group. It is this element of support that generates incremental and new visitors to the event, whereas many competitive events rely on their own in-house publications, which simply serves to recycle the same people.
I have added our current marketing services information, as we can offer services beyond taking a stand, for your reference.
The cost to take part is GBP365 per sqm to include the shell scheme (stand build, carpet, fascia, nameboard and entry in the Show Guide), and I recommend a stand of minimum 6sqm (3x2m) which will cost just over GBP2100. We can also offer to upgrade the stand to include a 500W electrics socket, stand lighting and a table and two chairs for an additional GBP200, and so take away the headache of organising the stand. You will just need to bring presentation materials for the stand.
